How Do I Enter A Meet?
- When you get a meet invitation notice , Click on "More information about this event" button
- Under Application Forms, click on the meet information pdf file and review it
- Decide which days you will attend
- Click on "Attend this event" button
- Your swimmer's name(s) should appear – click on the name
- Choose "Yes, please sign me up for this event" or "No, thanks (swimmer name) will not attend this event"
- Designate which sessions the swimmer will attend from the available list
- Click on SAVE CHANGES
Your coach will plan the entries and post an entry report 3 days after the entry deadline -- you will be able to view the entries chosen as soon as they are completed by the coach by going back to the event and clicking on the swimmer's name.
How Do I Purchase Swimmer Equipment Needed?
Coaches ask that each swimmer come to practice prepared to train. In addition to goggles and a cap, below is the equipment list for each group.

How Do I Sign Up for a Posted Job to Fufill My Volunteer Commitment?
Look for the Job Signup Button on the Events Page
Step 1: Find the empty slots shown as "---------".
Step 2: Click on the checkbox in front of the empty slot that you want to sign up for.
Step 3: Select [Signup] button to signup for the slots that you selected.
Note: If your Account name is printed right after the checkbox, you've signed up for that job. You do NOT have to "Signup" again. You, however, can use the "Remove Signup" button to remove the signup if you no longer want to work on that job.
If someone else's name is printed, that job slot is not available for you to sign up (this is a first-come-first-serve system). You can only sign up for the empty slots shown as "---------".
